CPHC Weekly News

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a great week, and are well rested after our exciting Red Rocks show last week! Here is what we have in the news this week:

Club Meeting This Saturday

As a reminder, we moved the October club meeting from the 3rd Saturday to the 4th Saturday, because so many of us were out of town. I hope you can join us tomorrow night at Hopper’s for our meeting! This month our raffle will be going towards breast cancer charity, and thanks to many of you collecting for charity at the concert we’ve already raised over $200 before we even start the raffle!

Don’t forget your peanut butter! This Saturday will be the last month to bring your canned food and peanut butter before the 9News food drive in November. Last month we were able to collect over 75 lbs of food… so let’s do it again this month! Please bring a jar or two of PB, plus any canned food you would like to donate. We’re always still taking those pop-tops, too! More info will be coming soon about the food drive for those who would like to participate in the drop-off, so stay tuned.

Bring your MOTM basket donations! We are also still collecting Colorado-themed items for our MOTM charity raffle basket. The basket is looking great so far, but if you have any Colorado specific items (food, booze, or other stuff) please bring it! We are also taking donations if you would like to chip in, but don’t want to do any shopping. This is the last meeting before MOTM so now is the time to donate!

Red Rocks T-Shirt Orders

We are still taking our final orders for commemorative CPHC Parrot Heads on the Rocks t-shirts! If you didn’t get your t-shirt before the show, or if you just want some extras, please let us know. We are taking orders through next Wednesday, October 26th. If you miss out this time, you are outta luck! Get all the info on the shirts and how to order by checking your club email from Tuesday, 10/18/2016. We have gotten lots of emails requesting shirts, so if you emailed, be patient with us on a reply to your order. We’ll be starting to go through & email back your confirmations by Monday. If you haven’t heard from us by Monday night, feel free to follow up.

Looking for other merchandise? Right now we are out of just about all our other merchandise, but if you had pre-ordered t-shirts or a flag & haven’t picked them up, we’ll bring them on Saturday so you can pick them up at the meeting. If you can’t make it, please reach out so we know you still want your stuff.
