We are in NEED of silent auction
items and raffle baskets.
Last year you were all very generous, and we had fabulous turnout, so please help us by donating items for our silent auction and baskets for our raffle.
We’ve got some nice items already for the silent auction! We still need more! We would love to have donations like sporting event tickets, maybe a week at a condo somewhere? Autographed sports memorabilia or music memorabilia, just to name a few.
Please start putting those raffle baskets together! Some of you are incredibly creative in your basket making!! We greatly appreciate the beautiful baskets and auction items!!

Family Promise
Family promise of Greater Denver is dedicated to transforming the lives of families experiencing homelessness, because
every family deserves a home.
They provide prevention services before families reach a crisis, offer shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent. Families go to them in crisis, and Family Promise helps rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Family Promise provides life saving services to families in need through four services:
Prevention:
Preventing families from becoming homeless in the first place with Shelter Diversion, Rental Assistance and Transportation programs.
Emergency Shelter:
Their rotational shelter program and warm hospitality is the foundation of the Family Promise model.
Graduate Support Services:
Helping the families they serve not only succeed today but remain stable in their housing, financial capability, and career paths tomorrow.
Community Initiatives:
Family Promise understands the needs of vulnerable families. So, they offer innovative programs such as tenancy preparation, financial literacy, and virtual career pathway training – to address.
Donations
In addition to the money from the raffle baskets and silent auction items, please bring GENTLY used or new clothing, new shoes (varying) sizes, and toiletries. We’ll have some collection boxes inside the gate.
Details for PWAP Day
Where: Sticky Pete’s Stage –
5461 Marshall Street – Arvada, Colorado
Date: Saturday, July 20 and 21
Time: 2:00pm both days
What to Bring: Bring your own chair, sunscreen, bug spray and beverages of choice. Bring a jacket or blanket in case it gets chilly in the evening.
Food: On Saturday, the club will provide brisket and chicken, so please bring a side dish or desert to share. The club will provide plates, napkins and eating utensils.
On Sunday, we’ll have a taco bar. The club will provide the meat, tortillas and hard shells, so please bring ‘go-with’ items for a taco bar, a side dish or dessert to share.

You are all so creative, we thought it would be fun to have you decorate your seating area like we are tailgating at a Buffett Concert! Let’s get creative!
