In case haven’t heard , the Jimmy Buffett Red Rocks Tickets are in!!
I have all the tickets sorted and are ready for pickup.
I will be available for you to pick up your tickets this Friday, all day, or during the Thom and Coley show. I will be at Pete’s house (5461 Marshall St). Please email me and let me know when you are coming by to get your tickets, to make sure I am available and not on a work call, etc.
Karen has the tickets for those who live in the Southern part of the city, and she will be available for you to pick up your tickets on Sunday Aug 29, 2:00 – 3:30 at Lone Tree Brewery. If you live in the South end of town, Castle Rock or Colorado Springs, go see Karen for your ticket pick up. Karen will also be handing out her group of tickets at the Thom and Coley show on Friday evening.
If you aren’t sure where to pick up your tickets, please send me an email and I will let you know if I have your tickets or if Karen does.

Summer Concert Series…
Thom and Coley are playing the Arvada Smokin’ Tuna!!TOMORROW NIGHT!!!!!
When: Friday, August 27, 2021 6:00pm
Where: Pete’s Place – 5461 Marshall Street – Arvada
Cost: $20 per person, with all proceeds going to the artists
Bring your own chair and favorite beverage, and your own munchies if you would like. (I hate that we can’t share food, etc.. but at this point with Covid still rearing it’s ugly head, I think it is best we still don’t share)
The Landsharks are coming!!
Gary Roland and the Landsharks band will be playing at the Arvada Smoking’ Tuna (Pete’s house) on the night between the Buffett shows at Red Rocks. Jimmy is playing at Red Rocks on Tuesday, September 7 and Thursday, September 9, 2021. The Landsharks will play on Wednesday, September 8, 2021! Tickets are sold out. Many Parrotheads from other clubs will be in town for the Buffett Red Rocks shows, and a lot of them will be at the Landsharks show at Pete’s house for the “Concert in Between.” It’ll be a great time to meet fellow Parrotheads from all over!
If you have ordered tickets, and haven’t already paid, please do so. They are $45 each. We have to cover the cost of the band, so please send a check, made out to Pete Grosskreuz (he has covered the payment to the Landsharks) and send to

Who’s in for the Denver Halloween Parade?
Saturday, October 23, 2021 – 6:00pm
After a hiatus due to COVID, we are very excited to announce that the Fourth Annual Broadway Halloween Parade, presented by the Broadway Merchants Association and Denver City Council Lucky District 7, is back! The parade will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 and we hope you will join us. The parade will travel down Broadway from 5th Ave. to Alameda Ave starting at 6pm!
Start getting those costumes ready for our theme of “Parrothead Zombies after the Covid Apocalypse!!”

The CDs that came out with the Red Rocks Concert tickets showed we have a lot of old and incorrect information.

We have ordered some “Parrotheads on the Rocks” Shirts for the September Buffett shows. They are a Sea Foam Green, in unisex sizes. You can pre-order one now and pay us through PayPal at [email protected]. The shirts are $35 each, and if you pay through PayPal, please add $2 for the fee. Please send me a note with the size(s) you want.
$5 from each shirt sale (both club shirts and Red Rocks shirts) goes to “Vested Interest in K-9s, Inc.” This is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide bullet and stab-protective vests and other assistance to dogs of law enforcement and related agencies around the country.
