I know it’s the weekend, and the last thing you want to be doing is reading an email from me. So I’ll keep this super short and just give you updates on what you need to know. Let’s get to it…
Margaritaville Night at the Rockies Game
Your tickets are in the mail! Mike A. has picked up our tickets and is getting them in the mail to everyone. You should receive them early next week. As a reminder, the game is next Saturday, June 9 at 5:15 PM. It’s going to be a full day of fun! The game festivities early with happy hour on the Coors Field Rooftop, featuring a pre-game concert by The Margarita Brothers! Plan on arriving at Coors Field at 3 PM. Just follow the sounds of the steel drums as you make your way to the entrance and you’ll know you’re in the right place!
We have 59 Parrot Heads attending as part of our group, which is awesome! Rumor has it we may even get a shout-out on the scoreboard! If you have questions about your tickets or the event, Mike’s email is [email protected].
Let’s all show Mike our appreciation! I honestly cannot thank Mike enough for taking this event on and organizing everything. I could not have done this myself, so the fact that we’re even having this great group event is all thanks to Mike Arthur. Thanks for all you do, Mike!!
Chicago & Vegas Concert Ticket Update
Good news … the Chicago tickets are on the way! For those of you who got tickets through us for the show, I should have them by Monday. Let me know if you want me to mail them, or bring them for pickup at the Rockies game or the next club meeting.
We’ve also gotten the payment for all the Vegas tickets, so a check is on the way to the Vegas club for your tickets. As soon as they get all their payments and pick up the tickets, I’ll let you know. They were estimating a later summer delivery date for their tickets, but I’ll continue to keep you posted.
