Happy Denver Beer Week! Chris and I are doing all the beer-filled activities we can this week, including attending the Great American Beer Festival for the next several days. Yes, you could say, I like beer! It makes me a jolly good felloooooow… We hope that you have a fun weekend planned too! Only one more week until Buffett plays Red Rocks! WOOHOO!
Here’s what you need to know this week…
Ticket & Merchandise Pickup
Tuesday, 10/11 at Hoppers
Come get your Red Rocks tickets and shirts next Tuesday at Hoppers. We only have shirts available for people who pre-ordered, no extras this time, sorry. But we do have extra Party With A purpose shirts, koozies and hats. Please come & get your stuff! If you’re not gonna be able to make this pick up and you still haven’t got your tickets you need to contact us immediately. We want to have tickets in your hand before the day of the show. we will bring extra merchandise and on claimed merchandise to the show, but we prefer not to have to deal with tickets on show day. So come and get them!
Reminder! Beer Friday at Janette’s is tomorrow, Friday 10/7
Denver Beer Week sounds like a great reason to celebrate at a Beer Friday! Janette Lawler is hosting Beer Friday at her house tomorrow beginning at 4pm. Janette will have chili in the crock pot for you. Just bring your own beverage and if you can, a dish to share. Also if your garden is full of veggies, bring them too and everyone can have a vegetable swap. It’s going to be a fun!
Red Rocks Tailgating
It’s time to start making those jello shots! By this time next week we’ll be getting ready to kick off a day of tailgating at Red Rocks! Remember, we’re going to be partying in the Upper South Lot! A bunch of us crazy folks will be getting there very, very early to try and secure the front row for tailgating. If you get there later, just come up front (near the entrance and the porta-potties) to find us. You can get all the specifics of the tailgate online at
