Hey Parrot Heads! I’m reaching out early this week since Chris and I will be busy the next few days. There are no club events this weekend, but we did have just one quick reminder/request to share:

PWAP Raffle & Silent Auction Donations

The Party With a Purpose is coming up fast! In just a few weeks we’ll be partying at Lee & Robin’s, listening to some John Frinzi & Aaron Scherz, and raising lots of money for TLC Meals on Wheels!

We are trying to get everything as organized as possible early this year, so if you are planning to bring anything to donate to the raffle or silent auction – we need to know. If you haven’t already dropped off your stuff or been in touch with Lee about your donation, please let him know what you plan on donating by August 9. This will help us ensure we have our auction sheets, raffle jars, and donation boards ready for the big day.

You can reach Lee via email at [email protected]. He can also answer any other questions you may have about the big day, and is still also signing up volunteers. Needless to say, Lee and Robin have been very busy working on this party for quite a while now… let’s help them get this task done early by filling them in on whatever donations you plan on bringing!
