Still Need Eagles/Buffett Tickets?
We’ve been contacted by a seller who has 2 tickets for the show and only wants to sell them for what he paid for them. The tickets are Section 125, Row 30. The price including taxes & fees is $191/each. If you’re interested, let me know at and I’ll get you in touch with the seller. First come, first served! These tickets are gone, sorry!

Margaritaville Night Ticket Reminder – Pay Up
If you haven’t already paid Mike for your tickets to Margaritaville Night at Coors Field on Saturday, June 9, we need your payment NOW. The cost is $50/each and includes your ticket, a t-shirt and a pre-show concert on the Rockies Rooftop Deck. We need everyone’s payments ASAP so we can pick up & distribute these tickets, so don’t wait another day. Mail your check or money order to: Michael Arthur at 9569 W 75th Ave, Arvada CO 80005. Also, email Mike with your t-shirt size, your address to send tickets, and any other questions you may have (related to this, anyway!) .
PWAP Reminders
Tickets for our July 21 Party With a Purpose are available but moving fast. If you want them, get them ASAP by contacting Lee Grodsky. If you need Lee’s contact info, let me know. Tickets are $25 and include a full day of fun, food, charity raffle/auction, live music from Thom Shepherd, Coley McCabe and Donny Brewery and more. This is Lee & Robin’s final year hosting PWAP so don’t miss it, we want to go out with a bang! Also, keep on collecting & soliciting for those donations for our raffle/auction prizes… we need them!
Eagles/Buffett Pre-Show Event Reminders
We already have a few events lined up for before the Eagles and Jimmy Buffett Show in July, and they just keep getting better. A lot of spots downtown will be offering great specials on concert day, so we’re working on putting all the info together. Whether you’re going to the show or not, we hope you stop by one (or better yet, both) of our CPHC sponsored pre-show events – at Sports Column & Larimer Beer Hall. Put in your request for the day off now and watch the newsletters for more info.
NEXT Month’s Charity: the Melanoma Research Foundation
There was some confusion over the charity in May, and we mistakenly said it was for the Miles for Melanoma Walk. Oops! Actually, that charity will be our focus in June, and once again we’re planning a big raffle with lots of great prizes to help raise as much as possible for this organization. Our May charity was MaxFund Animal Shelter, and thanks to those of you who participated in this month’s raffle we will be donating $350 to this organization. All the kitties and doggies thank you!
Colorado Springs House Concerts
Save the dates! Roger & Vicki Sams have two great house concerts coming this summer! They’ll host Thom & Coley on Sunday, July 22, and Copper Sky (Heather Vidal & Dave Huxta) on Saturday, September 22. Mark your calendars now, and we’ll share more details soon on both shows!
